**Heads up, this is NSFW (Not Safe For Work)**

In the quest of fitness and strength, one crucial element is often forgotten: mobility. I can’t think of any sports that does this better than yoga, which I am terrible at (due to sheer laziness).

With that in mind and to get away for my usual sports photography, Michele and myself did a REALLY cool yoga session highlighting the limits of human capacity of staying in place while not wearing much.

The beautiful muscle and grace that yoga produces are simply too awesome to put aside and I want to thank her for her participation in that cool little project of mine which I will absolutely reproduce with other daring athletes.
